Galactic Glimpses & Fairy Frequencies: My First Psychic Fair Experience

It’s been a week since Spirit Fest DC 2025, and I’m still feeling the ripple effects. My voice has finally recovered, my feet have stopped aching, but my heart? Still wide open. That weekend was wild, enlightening, and undeniably cosmic.

First of all, let me say this: I didn’t know what to expect going in, but what I found was a community of powerful souls, buzzing with energy, laughter, healing, and a whole lot of magic. The moment I walked into the venue, I could feel the shift and the veil thinning, the vibes rising.

Lessons from the Booth (and Beyond)Something I learned about myself: I can’t sit still. After every reading, I had to get up, move, walk the floor, talk to folks, and soak in the incredible mix of energies. Sitting at the booth felt like trying to cage a frequency. I needed to roam, connect, and observe.

Saturday felt especially Fae. There was an unmistakable fairy presence floating through the fairgrounds. So many soft, fluttery energies moving past the booth. It was like being in a liminal forest. Sunday had a different vibe. More Starseeds, more galactic energy, and a few powerful witches walking the aisles. I swear I could feel the pulse of the cosmos shifting in real-time.

Soul Gaze: A New DiscoveryAnother unexpected realization: I apparently stare directly into people’s souls when I do in-person readings. Not metaphorically. Literally. I lock eyes and see through. I didn’t even realize it until a few clients flinched slightly or shifted in their seats. Whoops. Sorry y’all. I’m still learning to calibrate the beam.

The Lecture That Turned Into a CircleI also got to give a lecture Saturday evening. I had the final time slot. Prime “I’m hungry and want to go home” energy, but a few beautiful souls showed up, and it turned into something sacred. We pulled our chairs together into a circle and had a soul-centered conversation about everything from meditation to galactic history to starseed lineage. No stage, no spotlight. Just connection. One vendor joined us, and I couldn’t help it. I pointed at her and said, “You’re a fairy.” She just laughed and said, “I know.”

What’s NextThis fair showed me something I didn’t know I needed: real-world connection. I love doing readings online, but being there in person, feeling your energy, sharing a laugh, reading each other’s frequency. It was something else entirely. I can see why people get hooked.
