Disclosure and the Awakening of Discernment

On May 8th, 2026, the Department of Defense, under the direction of the President, released a series of previously classified images related to Unidentified Aerial Phenomena, or what many still refer to as UFOs. The timing of this feels significant. It aligns closely with messages I received from the Galactic Federation in June of 2025, where I was shown that a larger disclosure would begin to unfold. In those messages, I was told that a visible contact event would occur in late June of 2026 through the opening of a Stargate or portal in Earth’s atmosphere, briefly revealing one of their vessels. Prior to that moment, there would be a gradual, government-led soft disclosure to prepare the collective.

As more information begins to surface, discernment becomes essential. There will be an influx of narratives, interpretations, and competing perspectives. Media, speculation, and differing agendas will all attempt to shape how this is understood. On a collective level, humanity is beginning to move beyond the question of whether we are alone and into a deeper inquiry of how we fit within a greater galactic framework. But this shift does not truly begin at the collective level. It begins within the individual.

Not everything that surfaces will be truth. Discernment is not about fear or blind acceptance, but resonance. Notice what feels expansive, what feels contracted, and what pulls you out of your center. Your body and intuition will often recognize truth before your mind can explain it.

It is natural to look outward during times like this. Curiosity will gravitate toward what may be shared with humanity. Advanced technologies, healing modalities, new systems of energy, and the possibility of interstellar travel will capture attention. While these ideas are compelling, they can also become distractions if they pull us away from the deeper work that is being asked of us.

The real invitation is inward.

What are you being called to release? What patterns, wounds, or identities are ready to be seen, understood, and let go? This is the work that creates true alignment. As you clear what no longer resonates, your ability to discern strengthens. Your connection to your intuition deepens. You begin to recognize what is truth for you, whether it comes from within, from Earth, or from beyond it.

As these revelations unfold, it is important to stay grounded in your body and present in your reality. Spend time in nature, breathe, and reconnect with the physical world around you. Expansion is only sustainable when it is anchored.

Humanity is shifting. That much is clear. But lasting transformation does not happen through external events alone. It happens through the individuals who are willing to do the work, to integrate what is being revealed, and to embody a higher level of awareness in their daily lives.

You are not meant to understand everything at once. This is a gradual unfolding, and you will meet it at the level you are ready for.

This is how the larger shift takes hold. Not through what is shown to us, but through who we choose to become in response to it.
