Here's my routine that I use before tapping in and right before bed every day. It's a bit wordy, but when it comes to the Arch Angels you have to be explicit with your intentions. They honor our free will to a fault sometimes. I once tried a shortcut prayer for a couple weeks and it didn't work well.
