Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance of the start of the course. Cancellations within the 24 hour window will not be refunded. Refunds after the start of each course will not be granted unless under extreme circumstances. WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY 1. Voluntary Participation I am voluntarily participating in the Psychic Development Class (the "Class") offered by the above-named instructor(s). I understand that participation in spiritual, psychic, or metaphysical practices involves personal introspection and subjective experiences, and results may vary. 2. No Guaranteed Outcomes I understand that psychic development is a personal journey and that no specific outcomes or abilities are guaranteed. Any information provided during the Class is for educational and spiritual development purposes only and is not intended to substitute for professional advice (c.g., medical, legal, psychological, or financial). 3. Personal Responsibility I agree that I am solely responsible for my well-being, decisions, and actions during and after the Class. I understand that I may experience emotional or energetic responses and agree to seek appropriate support or guidance if needed.4. Confidentiality I agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants and not disclose personal information shared during the Class. I understand that the instructor(s) will also respect my confidentiality, except where required by law. 5. Health and Safety I affirm that I am in good physical and mental health to participate in this Class. If I have any concerns about my health or mental well-being, I have consulted or will consult an appropriate healthcare professional. 6. Release of Liability I hereby release and hold harmless the instructor(s), host facility, and all affiliated individuals or entities from any and all claims, demands, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to my participation in the Class. 7. Respectful Conduct I agree to treat all class participants, including the instructors), with kindness and respect. I understand that condescending, judgmental, or disrespectful behavior-such as talking down to others, dismissing their experiences, or creating a hostile environment—will not be tolerated. The instructor reserves the right to remove any participant from the Class without refund if they engage in such behavior. 8. Media Release I give permission for photos or recordings taken during the Class to be used for promotional purposes.
