Mount Shasta
There are places on this Earth that exist as living thresholds, and Mount Shasta is one of them. She stands as a fifth-dimensional doorway and galactic hub, a conscious being where Earth breathes with the stars. In May, Shasta rests between worlds and seasons, winter still crowning her summit while spring awakens her body below. Snowmelt becomes rivers and waterfalls, carrying some of the purest water on the planet, water that has traveled for decades through ancient glaciers before emerging alive and conscious. A sleeping volcano holds fire beneath water, anchoring Earth into the galactic field as the root chakra of the world. Known in ancient traditions as Teacher and honored by Indigenous wisdom as a living vortex, Shasta opens a passage rather than demanding a path. Lisa
Lisa holds the sacred container for divine embodiment and Goddess energy. Her work involves activating ancient scrolls and divine templates within the individual energy field, including the Tree of Life, the 12-strand DNA, and the awakening of the light body. This process supports recalibration of the physical body to higher light frequencies and may require deep integration. Her guidance emphasizes grounding, alignment, and reconnection with Gaia, activating the feminine codex while restoring balance through the sacred union of the Divine Masculine and Feminine, the hieros gamos.

May 15: Arrival & Opening Ceremony We begin by grounding into the space and one another through introductions, sacred ceremony, lectures, energetic activations, and healing work. This day opens the energetic container for the journey ahead and sets clear intentions for the retreat. May 16: Mount Shasta Guided Portal Tour Experience a professionally guided exploration of Mount Shasta, visiting key portals, meditation circles, and spiritually significant locations on the mountain. This day includes light hiking and driving between sites, allowing you to directly commune with the land, receive transmissions, and deepen your connection to the mountain’s energy. Itinerary: • 8:30-9:15am Breakfast • 9:15am Depart Pneuma & drive to Mt. May 17: Integration & Healing A day devoted to integration and embodiment. Through guided meditations, energetic processing, and a Reiki share, you’ll weave together the activations and insights from the previous days, grounding them into your physical and energetic bodies. Please note: Travel to Mount Shasta is not included. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the retreat center, although please reach out if you are interested in carpooling groups and we can help connect individuals. The closest airport to the retreat center is Rogue Valley International–Medford Airport, located approximately a two-hour drive away.
While catering is provided each day, you are welcome to bring small personal food items as necessary.
Accommodations are communal, with rooms shared among 2–4 attendees. Some rooms contain kitchenettes equipped with a fridge, hotplate, microwave and kitchenware, these will be available on a first-come-first-served basis. All rooms contain a bathroom. Heating but no A/C cooling, fans are available. Room assignments are organized to ensure comfort and privacy, with shared rooms separated by gender, except in the case of couples attending together. If you have a preference to share a room with a specific attendee, please note this at checkout, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
There are options available to rent a room at the facility for Thursday, May 14th, the night before the retreat for those of you interested which may help facilitate travel and allow for rest and re-centering before we begin. This cost is not included in the retreat price and would be an individual responsibility, however, if you opt for this, please reach out to us for booking to get you the best rate.
Additionally, there are several hotels and Airbnb options nearby in Mt Shasta, CA.

John Napolitano is a Galactic Guide, Spiritual Teacher, Akashic Reader, Psychic, Medium, and Healer.
